LEASING & SCREENING
We take care of tenant screening and lease execution so you don't have to.
RENT COLLECTION
We will collect monthly rent from your tenants and handle all delinquencies.
MAINTENANCE
We will coordinate all maintenance between tenant and vendor.
TENANT ONLINE PORTAL
Tenants have the ability to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online.
OWNER ONLINE PORTAL
Owners can access their statements and more through their online portal.
MULTIPLE PROPERTY DISCOUNT
Discounts are available for those who choose to have us manage multiple properties.
